Before proceeding with this tutorial you should have a basic understanding of .NET programming language, text editor and execution of programs etc. Because we are going to develop web based applications using ASP.NET web application framework, so it will be good if you have understanding on other web technologies like, HTML, CSS, AJAX etc.
